MRI scan

Me again .

Had 2nd MRI scan end of July ( first one was in beginning of March)

Results of this last one show 20 percent further height loss in 2 of previous vertebral fractures plus a new fracture since last MRI .a couple of other changes one of which was mild curve of spine .

I am still awaiting spinal team after being referred but finally ( after my Dr Kicked ass) I had call same day to say they had cancellations for me to have dexa scan today .

I know it’s not sounding good .

PMR also kicking in again but am not increasing from 5mg pred. Hoping this will keep it at bay .

Have feeling I am going to have to now take some form of AA now but god knows how long it will take to get appointment to see osteoporosis team to discuss fully options .

Thank you so much . I will take a look at this now . Like many of us at the moment with covid going on I feel we have kind of been left to our own devices . I still don’t have any contact other than my Dr .
