By the way, thank you for your excellent pred reduction plan. It has prevented me from flares , now down to 3 1/2. Could be lower except that hip replacement to take place soon I hope. Already have right knee replaced. I will be 83 in August.

Thanks, good luck with the hip replacement ..I found it easier than the knee, and a lot less painful. Just remember not to bend over! So get things in the kitchen organised, especially if you have an conventional floor standing cooker/oven.
