Hi, not sure if this is a daft question or not?!

Am I ok to have a local anaesthetic whilst on Prednisolone?

Hi. I certainly was ok. I guess I have had at least three root canal treatments in the time I've had PMR, and had no issues at all.Good luck

Allegra - don’t forget to tell your Dentist you’re on Prednisolone, the same applies to seeing any Health Professional.

Not daft at all. My young dentist gave me anaesthetic without adrenaline because I was on Prednisalone. He also checked that I was feeling ok throughout the treatment. He told me that my condition was relevant to dental treatment.
