Locking fingers
Try massaging in your palm, especially where you can feel along the bones which attach your fingers to your wrist. You may find a place where something seems to be catching, and that could be the source of the locking, or "trigger finger".
I did have the start of trigger finger in the early days of PMR but it improved a lot with pred. Tenosynovitis in hands and feet can be part of PMR. I also find Flexiseq helps with hand pain - and so did quite a few others in the NE of England who tried it - we concluded because the time you had to wait before going off to wash your hands having applied it to a knee gave your hands a good chance too!
I use a small rubber ball to squish in my palm. It exercises everything in and around your palms and is quite relaxing if you like fiddling around whilst doing nothing
Thanks David. I’ll give it a try
