Seen it, but found I got a lot of “stuff” I didn't really want....but some was interesting,
Do you know the source of the site and who runs it? Is it well administered?
I only ask because long before I found Patients Exp and then this site both controlled and well ad ministered. I looked at a couple of others and decided no thanks.
Never heard of it - and it asks for too much info!
I've seen it, joined out of interest but not impressed. Think we are all spoilt by this forum. I will not be staying with it.
I looked at it but they wanted to know far too much info.....
So.... not for me l’m afraid....
I am not sure what more it is offering compared to HU. I did not like the way it does not really explain what you are signing up for initially. It may be brilliant of course, but I never got that far.
I suppose I’m fortunate that the link didn’t work. I confess to periodically spending too much time on Facebook. People seem so much less tolerant these days possibly because of covid. And I worry I’m the same. Every time I see an idiotic post on the PMR group there I get very close to sticking my two penny worth in. Then I remind myself to scroll on by.
Since I am now getting ads for this site on my FB feed I thought I'd add this to the thread:
which explains the thinking behind it. It is more to give than to receive if it is used properly - you tell them what worked for you by answering questions.
used it before Health Unlocked. thankful there was a site with some info at that point. i believe out of Israel. monitored by doctors there , but not to give advice. i believe they are trying to gather info for research purposes.
can’t remember “prying questions”. i am not one to give this out but perhaps just omitted it. it was a lifeline when i had nothing else and it did steer me towards Health unlocked.
They insist on a mobile phone will not take a land line, does this mean lots of ads coming to your mobile?
From memory your mobile number was just to receive a security code to enable you to log on. I joined a while ago but haven’t been particularly active. I haven’t noticed ads or spam or anything coming to my mobile.
I nearly joined but thought I would see all the responses first. Glad I did really as I think I will leave based on the info on this site 😅
