I used one a bit at the gym I belonged to in the north of England. I really liked it. But that was a big solid professional standard one. There are vibration plates and vibration plates - and I think to some extent you get what you pay for! This

discusses the research but also suggests that finding a gym with one may be better, Mind you - if you have to pay a monthly fee it is not going to take that long to pay for that 2000 euros they mention by the time you take getting there and time into consideration!! Plus - are they even open????
Hi I tried one a friend had and found it made me ache but I think that was all my fat wobbling
I had one briefly. Seemed like a good idea at the time but as I have problems with my left leg/hip it involved a lot of going round in circles which wasn't helpful at all. Grandchildren thought it was hilarious but they used to lie on it and wobble. I sent it back.
Won't do any harm!
