I’ve just been reading a post from 4 years ago titled waterworks and wobbles. I to have noticed the need to visit the toilet way more often and the constant feeling that I might not make it in time, there is no pain or discomfort so not a UTI. Is there anything that can be done to help with this issue or is it just another one of the ‘oh well here we go’ side effects/symptoms. I also suffer quite regularly with wobbly legs that often feel like they don’t have the power to hold me up and add this to the CRPS which means I have no balance in my right leg anymore certainly makes for a fun time 🤣. Does anyone have some good exercises that can be done to help with the muscle weakness in arms and legs by any chance.

Waterworks and wobbles
I have been practising some gentle yoga for that. Worked for me. Lots of yoga geared towards strengthening limbs, muscles and bones on YouTube. Xxx
Pred and PMR can both cause irritable bladder and there is medication that can calm that down. But we have said for years, the charity should have taken out shares in Tena!!
Bicep curls may help the arm weakness - get a couple of 500ml water bottles and quarter fill them with water and use as weights to do arm exercises and add water as you get stronger:
1, 3 and 8 here are suitable - though personally I wouldn't recommend the others at this stage. You can do press-ups against the wall though.

This is also good - and aimed at seniors. Sorry - I find him a bit irritating!!
This is also good from the NHS and shows the against the wall pushups:

Thanks PMRpro, I will definitely give 1, 3 and 8 ago but agree best to leave the others for a while 🤣
