Continual headaches when tapering.

Tapering headaches even after a .5 taper. Also a need to sleep most of the day. Can’t decide whether to go back up to 10mg or stick at9.5. Any advice please.

Did you go from every day 10mg to every day 9.5mg straight off?

I started on alternating 10mg and 9.5 for a few days then went down to 9.5 permanently. Would back to alternating be a good idea?

I went for introducing it even more slowly over 6-8 weeks. Even at this level I felt even two doses of 0.5mg less in a week.

My personal preference is this:

where you challenge your body with the new dose only one day at a time and then have several days back at the old dose you know works before introducing the new dose again. I always found that after 3, maybe 4, challenges my body thought "Oh, that's fine, I needn't panic - tomorrow it'll be fine ..."

You are always in control - if you feel it wasn't so good today you just repeat that step again until it does feel OK.
