I have PMR&GCA on 10mgs pred. I have a ‘fizzle’ on my tongue and a strange feeling in my head. Do you think I need to increase my steroids? I’m having a blood test next few days. My last blood test ESR30 CRP 5. A little piece of advice would be welcome before I ring the doctor. I’ve a lot of faith in in your advice. X

I think it would be better to wait for the blood test result - those readings are borderline and it would be useful to know if they are trending up. Take more pred now and you won't be able to tell.
