Reducing on a very low dose

When reducing your Prednisolone at low dosage, say 4mg daily, I have found it useful to think of the dosage for a week, i.e. 28mg and reduce by say 5% to 26.5mg . So, by days 4mg 3.5mg 4mg 3.5mg 4mg 3.5mg 4mg. Sorry to be so long winded but this way one can reduce at a slower rate.

Which is basically the same concept as any of the slowed tapers - and was actually the idea that "Ragnar the Swede" took as the foundation for his very first one.
