You may have to skim down the thread through a bit of a tangent to find most of the pertinent conversation about the cherry juice.

It has come up a few times on the forums in the past - the general consensus seemed to be it didn't help much and was a lot of sugar to add to your diet, especially if you were aiming for low carb.

I have been using tart cherry juice since I read about it four years ago. I am not sure what effect it has but I love cherry juice. It is important that you use Montmorency cherries, Amazon have juice and pills.

Mmm - but your PMR is still in residence?

Yes but I like tart cherry juice. It may make me feel slightly more alive of course, I don’t know as I have not compared it to not having it! I am pretty certain it won’t help PMR much but may make me feel better in myself.

Anything that makes you feel better needs to be taken seriously! Go for it - only stop if your skin starts looking a little too pink 😂
