Adrenal insufficiency. What symptoms have you had? I went from 1 1/4mg to 1mg and I’m exhausted every day.

I felt like a wet rag, I was exhausted lifting up the TV remote even.

Yes I have improved thank goodness. It was awful. I did go up with my dose a tiny bit, although I did not want to as I thought it would happen when I reduced but it seemed better this time. I still feel tired but not like last time.

Oh thats good its improving. I like to see prople getting to grips with fatigue. Think i might need a bomb under mine to improve the horrid fatigue. Thanks.

I think it is a matter of time. At least you are on a very low dose so the adrenal glands have to do most of the work, I was on 4mg so the adrenals could rely on the pred more. I am sure it will improve, just take it easy.
