What I got that was from Twitter was shorter- more like a summary of main issues and updates - for me it was easier to handle than the full academic article.

Yes, it is a bit unwieldy, but some will want the full works.

I am not sure that all doctors will be reading the full works sadly, in fact there are probably some who won’t read any of it!

If people scroll down to "General Principles" they can read key points. I am one of those who likes to see the bones of the research methodogy I'm afraid!
