Well it is good news and I hope it stays that way. Who knows it might be as we all tread different paths. I felt great on 3mg but it was temporary as my adrenal function went on other go slows at various points below this. I’m not saying this to rain on your parade but to say don’t panic if it doesn’t last continuously.

I don't want to be a wet blanket but last year I had a sort of remission in the deathly fatigue for about 10 weeks. I really thought I was one of the lucky ones who get well very quickly. Then it all (just as suddenly) came back! Whisper it quietly but I've been feeling a lot less tired since about the end of November even while I had 10 days of a terrible cold and hacking cough. It hasn't gone away completely but I can change my bedding or iron a few things without needing an hour's rest afterwards. I hope it lasts and I hope your improvement lasts too. You deserve it - you've had a few more months of suffering than I have. I'm now on 6 mg.

Interesting!! Yes, Ms PMR does her own thing....I was on 0.5 for two months then I stopped for a few days.....and that was dumb because I had the go back on 5 for quite a while....not to worry, and thanks so much for yr reply , all the very best.
