It looks like it could offer ideas for emotional support. I have tried what both Eastern and Western medicine has to offer for a variety of conditons and am not sure all the answers are to be found in either one. I may take a look at this book. Your impressions will be useful, M!

Hi,

Her name sounded familiar. I listen to this podcast - Phoenix Helix- and she was a guest a couple weeks ago. Go to episode 129.

You would like this podcast, I started listening to it a couple years ago. Eileen Laird is a fabulous host and she interviews wonderful people involved in healing autoimmune disease. She is pro paleo diet which I don’t do but her shows are about all things autoimmune.
