Changing my name

Name change- how do I change from Russell 49 to another heading as this implies I am a 49 year old man and I am a 76 year old woman?

Go on to your Profile Page & at the top there is a blue wheel/cog, select that & you can then select Edit Email, User Name etc

Select User Name & change it from there, you can only do this twice.

Looking forward to hear your New Name.

I want to do that also as I’m not a bloke, nor 123 years old!!! I put that name in memory of my wonderful Red Setter dog!

However, I went into my profile and “Edit” there is no blue cog/wheel??? 🤔 does it make a difference that I’m on my iPhone?

It does get confusing with some names, especially if the profile is empty too! There's 2 of us looking forward to your new name....ooooer the pressure. 😘😉🤣🤣🤣

Just remember you can only change your name once! But you can always rejoin apparently!

I always assume the number is somebody's date of birth , or they are the 49th person with the name signed up to HU.

I'm glad you have got help changing it , but it raised a smile for me when I thought seeing your name tag each day could make you feel years younger.

Maybe I should change my name to Bleary-eyed 21 , and when I read it I might convince my body to feel as good as I did then .

Thank you for your help MrsNails.As you can see I have successfully managed to change my name to something I love- very bad for polymyalgia I'm sure.

Coffee and amaretto flavoured unsweetened mascarpone with proper amaretti (only almond, no flour) is probably totally OK!!!!

Well done tiramisu76....joy to those who like a pudding....anything made with cream cheese and cream us low carb....but not low cal. But still better for you than "cake" on pred.😁
