Tapering Prednisolone and Blue Card (UK)

If pred dosage is being tapered downwards how should Blue Card be written up please?

I just put my Current Dose on, plus the date & you could add a downwards arrow ⬇️

Date you changed the dose and the current dose. Fills up quite fast really!!

I’ve never had one. I asked my gp and they said they don’t keep them and pharmacist said the sane thing. Where did you get yours from?

I got mine from Boots pharmacy, but they had to search for them!!

IIRC OH was discharged from the hospital assessment unit with one.

I got blue card with my pmrgcauk membership pack. Having tried to get one from Dr, pharmacy and hospital I had previously resorted to blue writing on white paper in my purse.
