Possibly of use to some if discussing fatigue with doctors?
Here’s the article that I read re FAS in Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE). medscape.com/viewarticle/91... The FAS was tested in those with SLE, primary Sjögren’s Syndrome (pSS) and Healthy Volunteers. Scores in this test showed “Conclusion: The FAS is a promising tool to measure fatigue in SLE. Patients with SLE display a significantly higher level of fatigue than HV, which is even more pronounced in active disease and comparable to fatigue levels measured in pSS.”
“The FAS score was significantly increased in both SLE and pSS compared to healthy subjects. Median (IQR) FAS was 23 (17–32) in SLE, 27 (20–34) in pSS, and 16 (14–18) in HV (p = 0.001).”
And here is the FAS med.upenn.edu/cbti/assets/u...
Now I know I’m fatigued! (28)
