I appreciate all your timely replies but haven’t yet been able to get to them. And i want to respond and be thorough.

Please do not feel you have to respond individually - whilst it is an ideal it may be impractical for several reasons and put a lot of stress on you which everyone will remind you is not good for PMR and/or GCA!!
