Complaining about a pharmacist (UK)

Further to my other posts about the unhelpful pharmacist, I have found out that the body to contact is the General Pharmaceutical Council. There is a complaints form on their website (pharmacyregulation.org) or you can email them at concerns@pharmacyregulation.org, as I have just done.

They need to get their policies straight.

I love persistent complainers.

They know you have to bring an issue to the attention of the right people to get the proper action.

Good for you keeping on this.

You could be saving a few lives by staying the course.

Thank you for your comments. I'm being persistent partly because this happened in a branch of Boots which is the largest chain of pharmacies in the UK, and the email I received from their customer services indicated that the pharmacist's response to me may be company policy. As I mentioned before, they have branches at major railway stations which means that many people who ask for help are likely to be visitors far from home.
