Hello marigold! If you go to the search icon and type in PROLIA you will see some old posts. Also on the HealthUnlocked home page there is a Bone Health forum like this one. It’s full of Prolia posts xxxxx

Thank you Daisychain12 I was on my little Xperia and for some reason it wouldn't do either of those. So I posted in desperation. I have been reading all your posts and hope you soon improve. It is so frustrating. I will try again.

Thank you so much. Just what I was looking for. I am in a bit of a dilemma as like most of us I am being pressured and have turned down several biphosphonates and from what I have read Prolia is even worse. I have got 4 stress fractures in my spine and am having muscle problems. I saw my rather nice young doctor last Friday as I have now developed some stinging pains in my tummy near my belly button and they are spreading. I have googled it and it could be a hernia in the umbilical cord or adhesions in the small bowel.

hi marigold, just saw this post. I went very deeply on the medical side into prolia but decided against it only for one reason and that was my younger age. Once on it, you can't really go off it. At 85 I'd be taking it. It's way better than bisphosphonates and works quite well. The only problem was if you stop the receptors and enzymes withdrawal reactions can worsen the bone more than if you didn't take it. I did not look at side effects from people who take it on forums though. What did you decide? and if you had an injection, had are you going so far?

I have just looked at post that made me decide not to risk it. People getting fractures. Hoping Adcal will help.
