So tired last night i couldn't eat my dinner. This morning got up had shower struggled into some clothes and that was it. I have been laying on thd bed all day and every part of my body is hurting. I will take extra pred for a few days. Just for your interest.

Husband went to the dr as he has a strange rash. Came home and told me he has tablets to take he has never heard of. Well you guessed it. Funny, I've only been on them fot 15 mths. Oh God. X

It may be your PMR flaring - or just your body saying (after the last few weeks) I’ve had enough!

Whatever, a few days good rest and a bit more medication should have you up and about again.

Thanks Dorset Lady. I have been resting. I have no energy at all. Can’t even bear to think about Christmas.

Hello, where are you on dosage? I felt like this at about 7.5mg to about 5mg due to adrenals not being back in the game. I think also that when one’s body has been under great stress like travel, the crash back can be delayed.

Morning, bed rest for you now my dear lady plus the increased Pred! Holidays are great but we often pay the price on our return!

Forget about Christmas for a few days & then do as much as you can online, have food delivered but you may want to go for the ‘Fresh’ & any gifts either buy online or give Gift Vouchers!

Hope husbands rash improves, funny he’s never heard of a certain Medication!

Sorry about your Fatigue , it really is the worst thing yet totally invisible to those around us.

Hope the increase in Pred helps , but if it doesn't do go and see your GP or contact your Rheumy to get it on the record and to get some help.

Take care , breath and don't worry about anything else but getting the rest you need just now.

Your OH can take care of his rash and you !
