I hope they’d got a little boost to the charity’s coffers, it seems like a lot of people came forward. Every little helps.

I have the same problem. I have thought of saying something before but didn't know how to start. You seem to be there for everyone at any time. Take care of yourself.

Thanks scats. If I can’t sleep, I look for folk across the Atlantic or other insomniacs. It makes the world feel cosy. X

Actually I'm getting to almost enjoy the quiet of night time.

I'm not awake as much as I was on the higher doses and I do get some good nights to recover now. My mind was racing tonight, too many family problems to work through yesterday. It's quietened down now I've given up trying to sleep.

I have nominated the charity for the annual donation from our MG car club.....fingers crossed as decided on an open vote......cute kids charities.....and bidC.......and hospices....are an easier sell.

I also did an on line "charity will" . They prep your will at a reduced rate if you commit to a charitable donation......win win!
