Silicon wrist bands

thewristbandco.com sell “steroid dependent” wristbands. I have bought one and now feel much happier about going on holiday or just generally being out and about. I bought mine on Amazon. It is comfortable to wear and in red or purple.

Thankyou for the information,l am only on a low dose of Pred,’but l may get a wrist band,l was never offered a card by my GP.l have been taking steroids for over two years now and it would cause problems if the medication was suddenly stopped.

You should be able to get a card from your pharmacist.

I only found out about the blue card on here. I asked for one at chemist and filled out in myself. A few months later, the doctor gave me one 🙄
