Hello Everyone!

And thank you all for your very kind interest in my sisters condition which had been diagnosed as PMR. Have just had an excellent consultation this afternoon with her Specialist Consultant Physician. The areas of pain which she is now experiencing, he is much more inclined to diagnose it as Inflammatory Arthritis. Not to say she didn’t have PMR, but now down to 10mg of Pred and tolerating well so far the Methatrexate and Folic Acid. Will check her in 3 weeks and if all’s going well, will commence reducing the Pred again. Fingers crossed there will be no more PMR, so I shall say FAREWELL to you all, thank you sincerely for your interest, wish you all the very best, and I know where you are if I need you in the future.
