Happens to me all the time! I have nearly got used to as well not finding the right word for what I want to say, forgetting everyday expressions and words and finding that I don't read as well out loud if I'm relaying something I've read to my husband for instance ( what's that all about?!!) I just try to ignore and carry on!!!
