Green is a colour of my past... may she rest in peace. Today is a day filled with purples & blues... like a summer, sunset over an Arizona desert sky!!! Thanks for your understanding mostly I get 🤨🤨🤨🤨. For seeing numbers in colour. Purple doesn’t have a number. Not how I’d arrange it. Hope your joy overflowed into today. My black crow is trying to land on my shoulder. Our local elections have helped the tree campaign but not as much as we had hoped perhaps.

I could identify where you were coming from. It’s frustrating seeing people around you living seemingly normal lives, going with the flow, not having to plan their life to take in the need to rest. It always makes me feel pathetic.
The sun shining, a good nights sleep, friends who listen to you express the frustrations of this dreadful disease and of course a sense of humour all help.
It’s great to know we’re not alone.

Hi Mamici1. Just curious did you ever experiment taking your Pred a different way. ie not with Yoghurt to see if your absorbsion was any better?
Hi, Yes, for the first 8-10 weeks after I was diagnosed, I had porridge for breakfast... then I wanted to stop taking the Lansoprazole, so I started eating Natural Greek Yogurt for breakfast and then taking Pred. How do I know if I have an absorbsion issue?
Not sure, I just know that if I take my Pred with anything milk based I have a bad day. I (personally) think it stops the full dose entering your system. milky foods line the stomach ... I take mine with a small piece of whole meal toast. The only carbs I have. Just my own experience x

Just had to go back and have a look at the table when you said not to 👿 Mine was so much worse yesterday making pics with my grand daughter. Then progressed to sticking feathers in her hair instead of on the card. It was very fetching if I say so myself. Happy crafting!

Last night on FaceTime, I watched Max "scamper" across his living/dinning room, and the he proceeded to walk around the dinning room table about a "hundred times," all while attempting to put on a GREEN (no less) T shirt!
