Nope! But good luck if you’re going to try.

What a quality of living to give up, but for only 30 days. Doable. (Then never add the bad things back.) But I only weigh 88 pounds. Can’t imagine 30 days of veggies. No legumes, no grains ... I’ll finish the book & decide. But would be totally worth it to not get an additional disorder.

No guarantee though like so many of these regimes.

I will keep my fingers crossed for you. A month of veg shouldn't harm you. If it doesn't work will they give you your money back? If so I have 20 self help books that need returning 😜😂

LOL! I threw mine away (recycle paperbacks). I was more enthusiastic till I read on her Facebook page that to ask “her dietition” a question is $350 or something. It seems it’s all about the MONEY!

Oh dear. I hope it hasn't deterred you too much. Eating a low carb high fat diet has been better for me. It has allowed me to realistically manage an appetite and not miss much. Occasionally I have a blip but it's not too strenuous to get back into the swing.

350$ is a bit of a cheek!!😂😂

It may make sense - but I doubt it works! There are vegans who develop autoimmune disorders. When something sounds too good to be true - it usually is. And yes - generally about improving their bank balance at the expense of yours!
