Hi. I have been a yoga instructor for 40 years..and thought if any of you would like to have relaxation and gentle yoga exercises I would share the tracks I made.. no password necessary. The last track is probably the best for relaxation. If you are having trouble sleeping this will help!! (although one is supposed to stay awake! haha. 61 points will knock you out too.) Also just nice to send healing messages to yourself!

Thank you Bonnie! Before PMR I practiced every day at the gym. I no longer belong because working all day with PMR until recently was about All I could handle and I have steroidal tears in each rotar cuff and could never handle the level I was at. You have inspired me to get back on the yoga wagon again !
I'm so so glad! TAKE it very very easy. enjoy it. Everything else can be a competition...running working out.. but I loved yoga because the instructor when I started always said the benefits are the SAME for everyone. Stay within your capacity! I LOVE staying within my capacity and not being hurt. Thanks you so much!
