I'm Sommer, from Trinidad & Tobago, W.I. Been suffering from shortness of breath, anxiety and pain attacks for no apparent reason since last October 2016. Been to every possible doctor home and abroad.
First, it was asthma, then acid reflux but after several testing, they both turned out to be negative.
Currently doing a Candida cleanse. And been diagnosed with polycystic ovaries.
I feel tired all the time, blurry vision, achy, off balance on and off tension headaches.
Hoping the info I get here can help as there seem to be "nothing wrong with me" and it's just stress according to my doctors.

This is a forum for PMR and GCA, and although some of your symptoms do sound familiar -certainly the fatigue, blurry eyes and pain - I wouldn't be very confident in suggesting that's what you have.
However, it wouldn't do any harm for you to ask your doctors to check your inflammation levels -ESR and CRP - with a view to it being either PMR or GCA. Depending on your age, they may be sceptical- most medical people believe you need to be in your 60s or 70s, but it not unknown for people in their 50s.
I agree with DorsetLady, I feel your pain with this collection of apparently unlinked symptoms and nobody taking you seriously, all the tests returning negative and no diagnosis forthcoming. All this compounds anxiety and depression as I know from personal experience. I paid for expensive private therapy for 4 years because I felt so dreadful. When I finally got a definitive diagnosis I was both relieved and elated even though PMR is a rotten thing to have ,I feared something much worse. I really hope that they get to the bottom of it for you Sommer.
