pins and needles
I count it as a nerve problem when I get it - I may have been sitting/lying awkwardly and a nerve has been squashed. For some strange reason I get it more when the weather is cooler.
I do have a lot of nerve pain in my legs anyway - but anyone can get pins and needles!
Hello,
Depends where it is, when it happens, how long it lasts and other factors. Can mean a number of things and needs to be assessed by someone medical who can examine you physically and take a detailed history.
Hope you get to the bottom of it.
Hi kingharold11
I have just been to my GP about this mine normally starts when sitting and using computer starts with a burning pain in neck them pins and needles in left arm can end up feeling very shaky inside sounds daft but only way I can explain .
Or left leg when sitting in certain chairs have been to Chiropractor and GP x-rays done on neck done waiting for results .
GP feels it is a structure issue .

Depends where it is and other factors. Where it is and when it happens are also important factors. Tell us more.
Thinking a bout it its more like tingling than pins and needles its mostly in the muscles at the top of both arms
I get tingling and electric shock feeling all over the place - I put it down to PMR!
But seriously - is it all the time? When you do certain things?
its most of the time but just at the tops of my arms biceps if women have them
