I am new here, an 80 yr old male living in Qld Aus had PMR symptoms first about five years ago while playing my last gentle game of tennis with my grandchildren 20mg of prednisone at first worked wonders and took 12 months to reduce to Zero , One year ago it flared up again 10 mg worked fine, but I am sure I reduced the dose to quickly 5mg per week and back it came, I have now been reducing 1/2 mg per week and all is Ok touch wood
