Explain this !

What I would like is a list of illnesses and their titles in abbreviated form . AA, PMR .etc. I struggle to know what the initials refer to. Am I the only thick person who can't remember ? It would make reading your posts easier.

Think some of us oldies assume everyone in the club knows the shorthand - and can recall it! Bit like the work environment really.

If I don't know the abbreviations I just go to Google and type in for example PMR symptoms. If you leave off the symptoms bit you get all sorts of things such as companies, societies etc etc.

I'm forever looking up what people mean when they use an abbreviation. I've learned to write the initials and add medical.

I'm same as you Gillymar - steep learning curve but I haven't the attention span or energy to source all the information. Brain Fuzz keeps getting in the way let alone sleep.
