I have only been diagnosed for a few weeks and I am struggling with similar feelings to you and a whacky old mum who I care for .she is 94,blind and otherwise healthier than me !

Thanks for doing a blog it will be great to follow your journey as I struggle along myself . It really is crap isn't it and all the awful political uk news just seems to make my blue mood even bluer . Enough of me .i am off to work (gardening at a big estate near Guildford ) if I can get myself up and moving . Good luck and will speak again .

Great idea. Is it possible for you to add a 'subscribe to follow posts by email' function? That way lots of people can follow it regularly without having to remember to find your site each time.

Great reading your blog, I was diagnosed on the same day as you so it will be interesting to compare our journeys. I am feeling great today & can see light at the end of the tunnel
