Help! I wandered into this community by mistake and don't know how to get out. I select "unfollow", but it doesn't register. What do I need to do?

If you click on your forum name at the top of the page (after the word HealthUnlocked in green), it will show a drop-down box. Click on 'Account', which will bring up a page headed 'Contact Preferences. Go to foot of page and click on "I want to delete my account". Good luck!

Celtic has told you the theory - but someone complained bitterly a few weeks ago they couldn't et off the forum! While you are there try un-selecting all your options for notifications as well - then you shouldn't get bothered by emails.

On the other hand - we are very lovely people so don't mind if you are around!

Hi there!

If you click on your ID at the top of the page and then select Profile from the drop down menu, you can scroll down and you will see a list of communities you are subscribed to, with the boxes checked. Just uncheck the box and then click save, or refresh the page, and hey presto, that community will disappear from your list!

Bye bye and take care of yourself!

I just looked in "my account" as described by the others and at the bottom is an option to delete the account.
