Dec scan results advice needed

Had results this morning main numbers good,problem is they have found a wedge fracture . Letter only put on system today so GP reading for first time surprised us both off for x-Ray tomorrow .

Worked out could have been carrying this since fall last February or could be ??. Dr Google not helping ,anyone point me in right direction or with first hand knowledge
