I was diagnosed PMR 2 weeks ago and I am on 15mg Pred.

It's nothing to do with PMR but I do occasionally get migraines.

Do you know if I can take Migraleve when I am taking Pred?

I would have thought they were OK as they are mainly paracetamol and codeine phosphate, but I may be wrong. Why don't you confirm it is OK with your pharmacist? Are they being recommended by your doctor? If not you should be careful of taking them for more than three days.

You may find your migraines improve on pred - mine did.

As piglette says - ask the pharmacist. The pharmacist - not the counter staff at the chemist. They not only studied a long time, they should have programmes that flag up interactions.

However - be clear which of the 3 versions of migraleve you use as they have different ingredients.

Agree ask pharmacist. I take Almogram, an ergotamine based med, but you'll need to check for your Migraleve. Good luck.

The wisest advice is speak to a pharmacist first or doctor , but until I was diagnosed with PMR I never had migraines as far as I am aware , although had some very bead headaches . I have been diagnosed now with multi migraine and do have migraine tablets now on prescription . But do chk with doctor or pharmacist . Good luck Catol

Migraleve worked for me while taking pred - no problems. As others say, best to check with dr.
