Hi I have GCA and currently on 25mg preds waiting to reduce to 22.5mg, I have had a clear head during the day for four days now but niggles and pain during the night, would anyone know if it would be safe to reduce my preds yet?

No, whether it is safe or not really isn't something any of us could say, there are no medically qualified people and even if there were you can't make that sort of statement online. I would be inclined to wait if I were in the same situation though until you feel stable - that does depend on having enough pred to do so.
