Took cortizone shot yesterday, left arm yesterday. Not much better. Both arms hurt.

It takes several days for a joint to settle down after a steroid injection. Don't be downhearted.
They should have put you on 15mgs Prednisolone. That's the standard dose to control PMR. I was pain free within 24 hours. Angela.
