Hi,
Have you tried selecting help button on top of screen, and then using the email option under "contact us" to email the help desk direct with your problems. Hopefully the more people highlight their difficulties the sooner the HealthUnlocked team will sort the problems out! or am I being too optimistic! Good luck, DorsetLady
