Lion King, I have been having back pain and also in groin same left side have been taking AA. and Adcal tabs sure this is the problem was okay before using them, since seen doctor.I have stopped them at the moment , Have had x ray for stones, and waiting for cats can appt. Any views about above tablets causing this problem.

Adcal sometimes causes upset stomachs. There are other versions of calcium/vit D which may suit you better. AA is quite capable of causing abdominal pain. If it stops after stopping taking it that is likely to be the best answer.
