Creatinine Spike After Exercise

My blood test showed a spike in creatinine one hour after I played tennis. Anyone have a similar experience?

For many renal patients a spike in creatinine can be seen straight after exercise. Creatinine is a chemical waste product that's produced by your muscle metabolism. You need to make your care team aware that this blood test was taken after exercise (you were likely a little dehydrated too). It no cause for alarm.
