Hi - the short answer should be "no". ADPKD is a dominant disease, (thats Autosomal DOMINANT Polycystic Kidney Disease). This means if you have the defective gene you will have the kidney disease, and ADPKD does not skip generations. if your mom has ADPKD, there is a 50% chance of passing the disease on to your children, so your brother and sister seem to have gotten lucky. They might both be good candidates to provide you with one of their kidneys if it comes to that. All the best
