Large Kidney cysts

Above what size is the kidney cyst considered large, how long can a person be comfortable with it ?

Well husband has just had two drained and they guessed they would get 60ml of fluid, they actual got 400ml, so pint of milk size over two. Husband has discomfort but you will know. In the UK I believe hubby was told once they get to 10cm in diameter they are prone to rupture. His were 9.5 ish so due to his discomfort they drained them. Just waiting to see how quickly they refill. He also has a beauty on his liver but they are plucking up the courage to do that one. Cornwall nor Devon want to touch it. So will probably head on up to Bristol I'm guessing
