A Visitor Is Here

PaigeyPaigeForLife profile image

I woke up this morning with a very nervous feeling, I thought I left that visitor behind i have already prayed and I'm doing what my therapist said but the feeling is getting stronger.

Anxiety and depression are what I deal with and for a while I thought I had conquered them. I don't want to be back on medication I already take enough meds. I don't even want to stay in the house today but I have no one that i can call to share how I'm feeling so I thought I will get on here and let it out. I want to scream I AM TIRED OF LAYING IN BED I WANT TO BE A PERSON OUT DOING DIFFERENT THINGS NOT IN BED MOST OF MY DAYS!!! #WEWILLWINTHEFIGHTAGAINSTPKD✨💛✨

Hi PaigeyPaigeForLife, I know how you feel, I spend a lot of time in bed to, it get me down, can't do much anymore, no one around that really understand, how we feel they can't see it, we look normal, I'm sick of saying I feel so dizzy, breathless my leg hurt and so on, we are not alone on here, we all feel crap, take care x

Thanks for the hope, sadly i seem to get that dizziness every day, my consultant doesn't know, why I feel like I do 🙄🤔

Yet nearly, every post I read, we're all feeling the same way, you don't have to be, Sherlock Holmes, to work it out. I wish, we could find something for this dizziness! I think it my my blood pressure, plus it's always, accompanied with breathlessness, can't have one, without the other.

Let's pray, 🙏🏻 we have a better day tomorrow 😊

Here we are in another beautiful day, yes its beautiful because we are alive in spite of how we may be feeling. I do hope that at some point medically doctors will be able to tell us why we have all this dizziness and fatigue. I was able to take my daughter to school but i am back home feeling sick and nauseated, i just had some pickled ginger it helps me. Here's to a comfortable day☀️

Hello Paige,

I feel the same way, everything: dizzy, tired, pain, I get frustrated, sad, depressed... in my case I prefer to see a psychiatrist and take antidepressants regularly, they help me keep going.

Don’t give up! I’m 42 and take bp, thyroid, uric acid and antidepressants everyday. I need them, so there’s no point thinking about it or complaining: every new day with my kidneys working is a gift, and I make the best I can make of it.

Best wishes

Rick
