I did not get mine the same way. I got somewhat same symptoms after prostate biopsy and I’m searching for recovery ❤️‍🩹 too. A couple of suggestions. See a pain management doctor and recommend or suggest either nerve pain pills gabapentin or lyrica it that does not work nerve block pudendal nerves then ganglion nerve. I’ve tried all and I’m unfortunately still dealing with the pain. If the above does not work it sounds silly but get I touch with the best pelvic floor woman therapist and she if she treats men. If she does make an appointment. I wish you luck and God bless.

Thank you football, this is what fears me the most. Not gettíng well after trying everything. I really feel sorry for you, and all sufferers including me. Currently I am on gabapentin 400mg/ day. I think it is working a little but not full. Are you a male then please tell me how do you work with the pain....?

I just wanted to share that a combination of nerve block L5-S1 and physical therapy at Peter Phillips physical therapy is helping me. His approach is to focus on the body nervous system and to get it back to baseline from a clenched flight or fight state. So far it has helped tremendously!!!!!

Hello. I was diagnosed with Pelvic Floor Dysfunction a year ago and done a lot of research on this subject. The life changed after I read the book written by Dr Wise and Dr Anderson “A headache in the pelvis”. This book is a “bible” for patients who suffers from pelvic floor muscle dysfunction. I contacted Dr Wise and went to his clinic for 3 days 8 months ago. I was taught his method called Wise-Anderson protocol and for the last 8 months I’m following this protocol at home in addition to PT sessions.

I am not in symptoms free phase but I already feel much better. My pain is not so intense and my symptoms are improving. The sitting pain is still there but less intense. I highly recommend to read this book, it helped so many people. There is a very helpful website with tons of information

 pelvicpainhelp.com/about-us/

Don’t panic. It will get better with the right method. Good luck!

thank you Agnessa for your suggestion. I will definately read this book and I really don't have knowledge about pelvic floor dysfunction but does it cause swelling because my left pelvis area has swollen a little. I think I don't have this because I used to play hockey and lot of football before my circumcision I was well and fit.

I think the suggestions of the 2 replies you have already received are worth following up. As there are specialist physiotherapists for women suffering from pelvic pain who often know more about this than doctors, it is very helpful to find an expert. Two excellent PTs have helped me considerably, however I do not know if there are specialists for men! In the Uk there is a list of chartered PTs which can be found on the internet; maybe this could be helpful in finding someone experienced to consult and make relevant suggestions about treatment. What does the person who carried out the circumcision have to say about your pain?

Well Bro..... I dont know how the Pudenal Nerve could be damaged by circumcision. The question would be did the pain start everywhere else except for the pain where you got Cut. I can suggest a way for pain relief since no one gets pain meds from drs anymore. There are several things. but/. Order some Red Kratom to take some edge off the pain. dont pay over $100 a kilo... and gel caps make it easier than drinking the powder. ----- The only way to find out if it nerve pain from the pudendal is a pudendal injection. which would numb all pain going through either the left or right pudendal... its a 50/50 split between right and left. so. if it is pain on both sides. it would mean both nerves would have to be entrapped...

thank you jei- Carter but my theory is that they over stretched the nerve while cutting the skin and I had a lot of bleeding on my left side for days and I did have a little pain on only left side but it was negligible and when I had erection I overstretched it and final damage was done. I don't know but this how I feel, now I just need the pain to stop so that i can have my old life back. I will definitely consider your suggestion thank you.

Kratom is my savior, red is my favorite. Make sure you purchase from a reputable dealer. I use Urban Ice Botanicals. Costly but worth every penny.

Are you saying that it takes away the pain? Did you get the red vein bali?

Yes indeed! Pain relief is similar to a narcoric, start small and work your way up to a dose that works for you. Only downside is it only lasts for 3 hours of relief, but i think its different for each person. I favor red vein (early evening), but also use green (daytime), and one qith cbd infused (night). Switching from one vein to another helps prevent drug tolerance. (PS: Kratom is banned in some states and cities)

If the cut somehow messed with the nerve right there at the end that is outside my knowledge. The pain traveling up the pudendal nerve is how the pain gets to the brain...

the book by Amy Stein “healing pelvic pain” and the dvd “your pace yoga for pelvic pain” by Dustine Miller…have helped me soooo much..also I take valerian root and hops …I was not able to take any of the nerve pain meds…if your in the states a chronic pain Dr can prescribe medical marijuana…I have tried all the therapy and medications and this regiment is what works for me….good luck I hope this helps

thank you pizon, the medication by nature is what I was searching for. I don't know that these plants medicine is available in our region and I will find out and do these have lesser side effects than medicine.

they do for me…I am not able to take a lot of pharmacitals I get a reaction to a lot of them so like I said I tried about 5 or 6 different drugs all with reactions so that forced me to look for more natural ways…I get my valerian root and hops from Amazon..if you can find your self an herbalist this is what works for me..I hope it is helpful it dose not get rid of my pain but it is very manageable I can now sit up to 2 hrs. I was on the sofa for a year and a half…so I am able to have some type of normalcy and if you can get medical marijuana that helps me to sleep….good luck
