I have had vulvodynia for 3 years now. It's unprovoked so I would be in pain all the time if I weren't on pregabalin. I am able to have relatively pain free sex at the moment, but know I can't get pregnant whilst on medication. Does anyone know of any medications I could get pregnant on or other ways to make sex possible and limit day to day pain without drugs?
