What should you Igm levels be?

I have just got my blood results back, and my liver functions are stable however they say my IgM levels are raised's. What does this mean?

Same with me, a protein secreted by the liver in response to an 'infection'. A sure sign that with AMA positive bloodwork you have PBC. Unfortunately the medical professionals only seem concerned with the LFT's which doesnt make sense to me - the damage is clearly being done, so why wait before they'll get involved?
