Just wondering if anyone else has trouble with sporatic loose bowel movements and what you do when you are travelling a long distance?

Yes, I am. I go without food when traveling, probably not good but it solves the problem. Don't know what else to do, maybe some folks will post with some ideas.

take imodium the day before 2   then you don't go for a day or 2, but no accidents. find that is the best way around accidents
