Does anyone take pregabalin tablets for the pain and how have they affected you have you gained weight with them x

Hi karenlesley, my mother takes them and has been on them for about 18 months, she has gained a lot of weight, she is 81 years old and has always been around 11 stone, she has gone to over 12 stone and she blames the tablets, she said she was going to stop taking them because of the weight gain, she stopped for about a week, the pain came back with a vengeance, so she is now back on them. She mentioned the weight gain to her Dr and he said they do affect your weight. Denise x

iwas on pregablin and i suffered with constipation very bad and they were also doing nothing for my pain i have now been on tramadol instead for about 5 wks and have now lost a stone only thing is they make me itch and make me queasy
